Buying, refunds, and your window
- How do I buy, and where is my receipt?Checkout runs on Creem, our merchant of record. Access is granted when Creem confirms payment; receipts come from Creem.
- What does the 12-month window mean?One-time purchase, no subscription. Twelve months of updates and AI features from your purchase date; what you unlocked stays open.
- How do refunds and the 30-day guarantee work?Thirty days, any reason, one email. Creem processes the refund and paid access ends when it does.
Learning and the AI tutor
