How do refunds and the 30-day guarantee work?

The guarantee

Both one-time purchases carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. If within 30 days of purchase you are not satisfied for any reason, email [email protected] from the email address you used at checkout, say which purchase it is, and ask for a refund. No questionnaire.

What happens next

• We process the refund through Creem, our merchant of record, back to the payment method you used. How quickly it appears depends on your bank.
• Your paid access ends when the refund is issued. Your account, your progress, and everything free stay as they were.

After 30 days

Purchases are non-refundable after 30 days, except where the law requires a refund or Creem independently determines that one is due.

If you are in the EU or the UK

You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Our 30-day guarantee is longer than that right and covers it.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank. A chargeback suspends your access while it is resolved and costs everyone more than a refund would; we would rather refund you.
