How do I sign in, and what if I forget my password?
Email and password or LinkedIn, the confirmation email, and the reset flow step by step.
Updated 2026-08-15
Two ways to sign in
- Email and password. The account you created at signup.
- Continue with LinkedIn. Uses your LinkedIn login only to sign you in; we do not post or read anything on your behalf.
There is no Google sign-in and no magic-link login.
Creating an account
- Go to Sign up and enter your full name, email, and a password of at least 8 characters.
- Check your inbox for a confirmation link. Your account is not active until you click it, so if nothing arrives within a few minutes, look in spam.
- The link brings you back to Trazomo, where onboarding asks the plan questions and then opens your dashboard.
Forgot your password
- Open Forgot password and enter the email on your account.
- You will always see the same message, "If an account exists for that address, a reset link is on its way." That is deliberate: it stops anyone from using the form to check whether an address has an account.
- Click the link in the email, choose a new password (at least 8 characters, typed twice), and you are signed in and back on your dashboard.
The link is valid for a short time. If you see "Link no longer valid", request a new one from the same page.
Changing your password while signed in
Use the same reset flow: sign out, open Forgot password, and follow the link. There is no separate change-password form in Settings today.
Where you land
- Signed in and you open the login page? You go straight to your dashboard.
- Signed out and you open your dashboard or a lesson? You are sent to sign in first, and then back to the page you wanted.
