How do I sign in, and what if I forget my password?

Email and password or LinkedIn, the confirmation email, and the reset flow step by step.

Updated 2026-08-15

Two ways to sign in

  • Email and password. The account you created at signup.
  • Continue with LinkedIn. Uses your LinkedIn login only to sign you in; we do not post or read anything on your behalf.

There is no Google sign-in and no magic-link login.

Creating an account

  1. Go to Sign up and enter your full name, email, and a password of at least 8 characters.
  2. Check your inbox for a confirmation link. Your account is not active until you click it, so if nothing arrives within a few minutes, look in spam.
  3. The link brings you back to Trazomo, where onboarding asks the plan questions and then opens your dashboard.

Forgot your password

  1. Open Forgot password and enter the email on your account.
  2. You will always see the same message, "If an account exists for that address, a reset link is on its way." That is deliberate: it stops anyone from using the form to check whether an address has an account.
  3. Click the link in the email, choose a new password (at least 8 characters, typed twice), and you are signed in and back on your dashboard.

The link is valid for a short time. If you see "Link no longer valid", request a new one from the same page.

Changing your password while signed in

Use the same reset flow: sign out, open Forgot password, and follow the link. There is no separate change-password form in Settings today.

Where you land

  • Signed in and you open the login page? You go straight to your dashboard.
  • Signed out and you open your dashboard or a lesson? You are sent to sign in first, and then back to the page you wanted.
