How does Build your plan work?

What it is

Build your plan asks nine short questions: your role, the size of your organisation, the work you do, the tools you already use, your jurisdiction, your experience with AI, and the thing you want to build. It then shows a training plan in four phases:

1. Foundations
2. Your stack
3. Your workflows
4. Capstone: your build

You see the whole plan before you decide anything, and it is free.

No AI is involved

The plan is generated by rules, not by a model. The same answers always produce the same plan, and nothing you type is sent to an AI provider.

Sharing and emailing the plan

• Share link. The link encodes your answers; nothing is stored on our side and it does not expire. Your jurisdiction and any free-text tool names are left out of the link on purpose.
• Email me this plan. We send the plan title and the link to the address you enter and keep that address for that purpose.

Turning the plan into your dashboard

Create a free account and onboarding runs the same questions. Your plan then appears on your dashboard with progress per module and a Continue button. If you already have a plan, the onboarding questions do not run again.

Changing your plan

You can change your journey and your tools from the dashboard. The work areas and the build goal cannot be edited yet; if they need to change, email [email protected] and we will reset them for you.
