How do I buy, and where is my receipt?
Checkout runs on Creem, our merchant of record. Access is granted when Creem confirms payment; receipts come from Creem.

Before you buy
Sign in first. Checkout is tied to your account so that access can be granted to it. Prices are stated in US dollars and are one-time purchases: $299.25 for one path, $450.75 for Trailblazer (all paths).
Who charges your card
Checkout is processed by Armitage Labs OÜ (d/b/a Creem), Tallinn, Estonia, acting as our merchant of record and the contractual seller for the transaction. Creem calculates and collects any applicable taxes based on your billing address, and your card details never touch Trazomo. The charge on your statement comes from Creem.
If checkout is shown in another language, that is Creem localising the page. The price is in US dollars; how your bank converts it is between you and your bank.
Discount codes
Enter a code on the Creem checkout page. Trazomo does not have a code field of its own.
After you pay
Creem sends you back to your dashboard, and your access is turned on as soon as Creem confirms the payment to us, which is normally within moments. If the dashboard still looks free:
- Refresh the page.
- Sign out and back in.
- If it is still not there, email [email protected] from your checkout email with the time of purchase, and we will sort it out.
Receipts and invoices
Creem emails you after every successful payment with a link to your customer portal, where your invoice lives. Trazomo does not issue a separate receipt. If you cannot find that email, write to [email protected] and we will help you get a copy.
